Taking more time off in business is almost every marketer's
dream.
In reality how many are actually able to achieve it?
Very few. Almost everyone else is working their bu**
off.
Step 1: Realise Your Business is a Process: The Sooner you
come to this realisation, you will save yourself lots of
headaches.
Many believe that their business is a one time
event. They join a program try to market it for
a couple of weeks or months and they lose interest.
Then they blame economy, recession, every other
person and if possible their pet doggie also :).
You have to look at your business as a set of
processes designed to give you profit over a
period of time.
Step 2:
Decide how you want to grow your business>
You can use either one or a combination of this three
methods to grow your business.
a. Find more customers
b. Increase the price
c. Increase the frequency of sale to your customer.
If you definitely understand and decide the different
methods, it would be better.
You can not go on acquiring new customers and you cant
go on increasing the price also.
Selling to your customer is easy than finding new
customers. So decide how exactly you grow your business.
Step 3:
Test. Test. Test
In whatever you do. Test. You can test for
example the price of your product, the type
of service, the types of bonuses you give out
and so on.
Try to find the best puller for you and continue
to use it.
Step 4:
Let the market decide.
Let the market decide what it wants.
Don't try to sell what you think the market
wants.
You may be wrong. Ask your current customers
or do a survey and find out what your future
customers may need and then fulfill it.
Hey all this steps means work, right.
Very much so.
But if you can bring your business to go thru these
four steps, you will be able to identify a system which
works.
Once identified, a system is something you do day after
day knowing exactly what's gonna happen in your
business.
It works whether you like it or not and gives you
profit whether you look for it or not.
Okay, when you have enough and more profits for you,
won't you take more time off in your business than
what you did earlier?
